Mark Cheverton

For the last 30 years, Mark has worked in software engineering, most recently as CTO of Cambridge-based Redgate Software. He now spends his time as a NED and advisor, helping companies with engineering practices, finding product-market fit, innovation, and strategy. Getting those first customers can be challenging, so I spend a lot of my time with teams getting them to the point where they're ready to scale. It's easy to prototype; it's much harder to build a product!
